When Larry started out on the web, he was building websites for student groups when he wasn't in the laboratory studying molecular biology. Fast forward and he has now been building web applications for startup and enterprise clients for the past 10 years. Larry has relished the opportunity to bridge the gap between business goals and technical requirements by incorporating product management methodologies into his daily work. He is a regular speaker about Drupal best practices at DrupalCon, MidCamp, and regional user groups in the Chicago area.
Larry enjoys sharing his expertise in Computer Science with high school students through TEALS (Technology Education and Literacy in Schools) as a remote TA for a school in Birmingham, AL.
Outside of software and technology, Larry likes to spend his time volunteering with local advocacy groups, refining his skills in the kitchen and spending time outside with his cattle dog Buca.
