After 20 years in New York City, Nikki moved to the Catskill Mountains. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, nature walks with her dogs, restoring her 160-year-old farmhouse, and cruising the Hudson River on her vintage houseboat. She also loves sharing good food and drink with family and friends while fully embracing life in the mountains.
