Crystal’s been an operations leader since 2010, scaling business models, ideas, rituals and practices to help organizations level up their operational stability, their project management practices, and the quality of work coming out of their teams.
Throughout the entirety of her career Crystal has worked directly and closely with CEOs to drive their vision and scale their businesses in Head of Strategy and Head of Operations roles.
She can take any amount of vision and see “the how” to give it shape, structure and momentum.
She’s been caring for teams at digital agencies for over a decade. In addition to all things operations, she also produced dozens of successful digital projects of all shapes and sizes with brands like United Airlines, Marriott, Nike and Eventbrite.
Crystal takes a people first approach to everything she does, and leverages the Agile Manifesto principles (especially People and Interactions over process and tools) when she’s leading teams.
Crystal is mom to rambunctious boys Lucas and Judah and wife to artist, musician, and fabricator Nick. In the late afternoons, you can usually find her in the backyard, catching lizards and snakes with her two boys, while simultaneously trying to get some gardening done. She’s a very amateur gardener and has recently gotten into taking care of orchids. She dabbles in pottery, and loves art and music.
